To ensure our hospital and facilities are safe, 有爱心的, and inclusive for all, we ask that patients and visitors follow the example of our staff, 供应商, and volunteers by adhering to our 病人 and Visitor Code of Conduct.

病人 and Visitor Code of Conduct
- Everyone will be treated with respect, kindness, and dignity. Offensive comments about race, 年龄, 性别, 性别 identity, sexual orientation, 宗教, or personal traits are not acceptable, and neither is the refusal to be seen by a staff or provider based solely on these characteristics
- 病人s and visitors will use appropriate, respectful langu年龄 and conduct at all times. Physical or verbal threats or assaults, racial slurs, microaggressions, suggestive or explicit words, 短语, 手势, or actions will not be tolerated
- All patients and visitors will maintain the peace and privacy of others by refraining from disruptive behaviors
- All patients and visitors must obtain the consent of everyone involved for any photography or video/audio recording within the hospital and patient care facilities
If these guidelines are not followed:
- 病人s may be asked to leave and make other plans for their non-emergent immediate care. For severe violations, future non-emergency care at Mont年龄 Health may require review. In cases of non-compliance, patients will have an opportunity to explain their perspective, which will be considered prior to any decisions regarding future care at Mont年龄 Health
- Visitors may be asked to leave and could be restricted from future visitations
- Law enforcement may be contacted or other legal action taken in response to disruptive behaviors
